What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3PM. Guaranteed early check-in may be available for an additional fee by contacting the hotel in advance.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11AM. Guests may request late check-out by contacting the hotel in advance. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by rate type. To determine the cancellation policy associated with your reservation, please read the terms on your reservation confirmation email or contact the hotel for further details.

Do you allow smoking on the property?

The Liberty Trust is a completely non-smoking property. We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms or indoor public spaces.

Do you have accessible rooms?

We have four (4) accessible rooms. If you require an accessible room, please include such a request in the comments section of the reservation or contact the hotel prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What parking options are available at the hotel?

The Liberty Trust offers parking at the Center in the Square Garage, located one block away from the hotel. Please plan to arrive at the hotel before parking your vehicle in the garage. When you arrive, you may park your vehicle in our 15 minute guest loading zone located on Jefferson Street in front of the hotel entrance. If you have Accessible needs, please give the hotel a call at 540.299.5100 for assistance. Upon arrival, please enter the hotel to check in with a Guest Service Agent at the Front Desk. Parking in the Center in the Square Garage costs $8 per night with unlimited in and out privileges when purchased through the hotel. A Guest Service Agent will provide you with a validation parking sticker that will allow you to enter and exit the parking garage during the length of your stay. All parking charges will be charged to your guest room. A Guest Service Agent will provide further instructions during the check-in process. 

Is street parking available in the vicinity of the hotel?

Some of our guests decide to park on the street. Unfortunately, given the variety of parking regulations and restrictions in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, we are unable to advise on the validity of specific street parking spots. The City of Roanoke actively enforces all parking regulations, and we strongly advise all guests to read the signs near your vehicle if you do decide to park on the street. The hotel will not be responsible for vehicles being ticketed or towed by the City of Roanoke.

Do you offer high-speed internet access on the property?

We offer complimentary wireless internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You will need to contact a representative from the website in which you booked your reservation.

Do you permit pets on the property?

The Liberty Trust has a small number of pet-friendly rooms available for reservation by direct booking only. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Do you offer an exercise facility?

We are excited to introduce an in-room workout option for our guests! With FLEX FitnessOnDemand, you can instantly stream hundreds of world-class workouts directly from your phone or computer. Yoga mats and resistance bands are available at the Front Desk. Be sure to ask a Guest Service Agent how to sign up during your stay.
